Say hello to Martha, one of our enthusiastic Ambassadors at LIGHT! Martha is a junior at Saint Louis University, majoring in Art History and Communications with a minor in Studio Art. A native of Iowa, she brings a unique blend of creativity and curiosity to her role with us. Recently, Martha spent a semester abroad in Madrid, Spain, where she had the opportunity to explore several countries, including Morocco, Portugal, Malta, and Italy, expanding her global perspective and deepening her passion for art and culture.
Martha is deeply committed to making the arts accessible to all. She loves living in St. Louis, where she enjoys the city’s vibrant art scene, diverse food offerings, and cultural richness. In her free time, you can find her exploring local museums, supporting STL City SC, visiting farmer’s markets, or relaxing in Forest Park. Her creativity extends beyond her studies—Martha also enjoys creating art, hosting themed gatherings, and binging her favorite HBO shows over a refreshing unsweetened iced tea.
We’re excited to have Martha’s energy and dedication as part of the LIGHT team, helping us bring the arts and public health to life in impactful ways.
