We’re excited to introduce Carmen, our talented Communications Specialist here at LIGHT! Carmen is a Senior business student at Saint Louis University, majoring in Marketing as part of the prestigious Business Scholars Program. This program, an accelerated and competitive track, has helped Carmen fast-track her business studies in just three years.

Recently, Carmen was selected for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, an honors society that recognizes the top 10% of business students worldwide. This accolade reflects her dedication and excellence, marking her as one of the brightest in her field.

Carmen has also spent time abroad, studying global consumer behavior and marketing at Fordham-London’s Gabelli School of Business. Her diverse skill set includes experience in social media management, nonprofit fundraising, health messaging, and graphic design, among others. Whether she’s crafting a newsletter, producing a podcast, or even hosting a radio show, Carmen brings energy and creativity to every project she tackles.

At LIGHT, Carmen is passionate about using her skills to elevate voices and stories that deserve greater attention. Her commitment to public health and literary arts shines through in every initiative, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
